How We Work With New Studios
This page outlines how Hypercell typically partners with new studios — from the initial UA test through to a long-term publishing collaboration.
Evaluation: Paid UA Test
To evaluate a game’s real scaling potential, we usually start with a short paid UA test in the BR/US. The goal is to measure:
- Marketability — CPI, IPM
- Early product metrics — retention, playtime
The test uses paid traffic and typically lasts 4–5 days.
Results & Feedback
After the test, we provide a detailed report covering:
- Results
- Key insights
- Actionable product feedback
This helps both sides quickly assess whether it makes sense to move forward together.
If the metrics are not strong enough, we identify opportunities for iteration and can run a second test. Once we hit the benchmarks, we proceed with signing an agreement and preparing for soft launch.
Partnership Terms
We focus on long-term collaboration with a simple structure:
- We cover marketing and publishing — UA, creatives, scaling
- You continue owning development and live updates
